10/10 recommendation, one of the most authentic place in the dmv. If you're looking for some tasty juicy flavorful tacos/food come here!!
Was around the area and decided to stop by even though it only had a 3.5 review. Pros: - legit tacos! - only got two tacos but they piled a lot of meat on them. Easily could've taken the second layer of tortillas off and made myself two more tacos. - condiment bar was filled with good stuff to put on the tacos Cons: - wish it was closer to home Overall: No frills....tasty....worth every dollar. One of the best tacos I've had....period!
Great food for great prices. Everything you need in one building! Menudo came in a big bowl and they actually put meat in it! Loved it, and will always return whenever I'm in town. My father in law is picky when it comes to Mexican food and he loved it.
Incredible and delicious Salvadorian and Mexican food. I've been here to dine on many different occasions and I must say that their service was magnificent. They are timely, clean, and most of all respectful. They have a couple of pool table in the back room that's worth a few games. After or while downing a few beers. Low-key a great place that's been around since I've been a child. Pupusas, Carne Asada Tacos,Tacos Al Carbon, plus more. I swear that you'll leave with a very satisfied stomach.
Excellent food nice people serv it quick and the salsas are always fresh and delicious also have a store with a wide variety of Latin products!
These are some good tacos and pupusas. We had the asada and carnitas. Beef was a little salty. Carnitas was delicious but a there some fat in the pork. Generous portions and freshly made. Hole in the wall to the extreme. It's in a mini-mall with bars in the window. Service is prompt but English was limited. Busy during lunch.
Tacos al carbon are my favorite, my kids always get the torta cubana is big and delicious, my husband love the torta and menudo, this is the most close in flavor to real mexican food..
If you want authentic and cheap tacos, this is the place. With only a few tables inside, you'll be taking your chances coming in on the weekend because of their buffet so tables fill up quickly. Haven't tried the buffet yet but it's mostly soups, stews, some meat, pupusas and other stuff that I'm not sure of. I come for the tacos only. The al pastor tacos is the BEST, I mean I crave it, thinking about it....sitting at home. The seasoning and flavor is crazy good, I can't describe it except to say you will just want a whole bowl of the pastor. Carne Asada is a close second, just try both, will ya? All you need is the onions and cilantro on the meat and you're good to go. None of that cheese and other crap that Americans put on tacos. They also have bakery items if you got a sweet tooth. It's not only a restaurant but there's a mini mart inside and a barbershop! My favorite place if I'm craving tacos, delicious and affordable.
Real, authentic Mexican food at its best. Definitely not your Taco Bell. If you've traveled to Mexico before you can find your traditional dishes here. The menu is plentiful.
Mexico Lindo is not just a restaurant. They also provide other services. I think they sell clothing, but I usually go there to wire money to Precious' family in Honduras and buy phone cards. The restaurant serves Mexican and Central American food. More than a few times we've gotten tamales, and they were the best restaurant tamales I've ever had. The other food looks scrumpdilly-icious. They have tables there, but most people just take it home to eat. What sets this place apart is the customer service. The people that work there make the extra effort to serve the customers. One time Precious left her prescription sunglasses on the counter. The person working there called her. However, she had changed her phone number. So Mexico Lindo kept the sunglasses and gave them to Precious the next time she went in there. They didn't know they were $200 prescription sunglasses. For they all they knew, they were $10 cheap sunglasses, but they mad the extra effort to return them to my wife anyway. I really appreciated it and was very impressed with the customer care.
